WotLK Quest chain bugged

Hi,so there is that quest where you need to enter a cart and then he leads you into the ship where you kill 100 soldiers,
but when you get in the cart soldiers start to attack you and then it gets you out of the cart,and even when you walk to those ships alone there is no cannons on any of them what can we do how can we get out of the dk quest zone..

I cannot for the life of me find the answer to this question using the search function.

So in front of the ship you get dumped on, there's a cannon with a green name somewhere in the mix of hostile NPCs. Run up to it, right-click and use it.
The cannon is SUPPOSED to be ON the ship, but it's not.
