Strange xmog question

So i xmoged a weapon on my war.And i have weapon xmog essence in my inventory on my paladin.Its a bug or what?

Different mechanic than Cata/MoP. Uses a very very rare scroll you can obtain through BG or Raid. It does drop though, a friend got one after downing a boss.

Dont use them = Blizzlike. (And it is blizzlike, not blizzclone like you expected)
