Epic gems at this state of content

Hi,

how is it possible to have epic uncut gems at this state of content?
Arent they supposed to be available from Hyal mining or BT/Sunwell trash?

I've seen some at AHs already and its confusing

They drop from maggi chest sometimes. But they are useless atm.
