how to catch a support member?

tryed to message "warden" he`s online but doesn`t pay attention, in game tickets also written, and in when I choose to write a ticket to support in forum, they only give me unban topic, so me q`stion is, how I can find a support.

Are you trying to appeal a ban? if that's the case you have to submit via the support system and it can take upto 5 days to receive a response.
