Getting ready for 80/HC-Instances

Hey guys,

I was trying to get my character ready für the highlvl/hc-instances but am really unable to achieve this. Dungeonfinder tells me to obtain better gear, while nearly all of my gear is 187+ except the trinkets with 174. I didn't find a way to get better trinkets out of the normal instances. Where is the itemlvl i need to reach at least?

Any clues?

Make a pug group and walk in the dungeon, item level is only for RDF, I went hc with my guild as a fresh 80 with quest gear

Thanks for the advice, I'll try to find a group this way. Btw. I managed to get all gear to ilvl 187+ (9 items even > 200) and still "you must obtain better gear", this must be a joke...
