also, clean old and duplicate bug reports, since there are some bug reports that have already been solved over a YEAR ago.

also, setting a "to do" or "being worked on" list would be nice, so we players can have an idea on what the staff is trying to fix, because some bugs seems to be there since forever (re-queueing into rdf not giving emblem reward after you finish, as an example).

changing the "piority" system which basically works only if you have guildies and friends ready to vote the thread up would also be nice, since some important yet preety much unknown threads are often dismissed because of the vote system.

But ye, the old item/spell database should be changed, even the ghetto CavernOfTime you have now is quite unstable, mostly offline.

openwow.com is dead and wowhead does not match 70% or more of all data compared with this servers.
