Banned due to suspicious activity

Hello Dear GM,

Recently I got banned. I was completely playing battlegrounds in game normally without violating any rules.
It says I was banned due to suspicious activity. I can clarify this. Since I'm playing from China, I have to use VPN in order to play smoothly. I'm not sure if it is the reason but I cannot find any other reason that will lead me to the so-called suspicious activity. I think it is a superficial issue that will not lead me to a ban. I solely wish you GMs will take a close look at my issue and make a disinterested judge. My account is a450306057.

Hey,

I think I had the same issue a few weeks ago.

It might be something to do with your IP address, a lot of the VPN (at least free ones) have been used so many times by people that have been banned that the IPs have been banned also.

You'll have to email [email protected] about it I think.

They should be able to unblock your account, but if you connect again using the same IP, it'll just auto block again, so they will prob suggest using a different connection or something.
