faction changing questions

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I wanted to ask something about faction changing. I'm planning to move my 80 to alliance and wanted to ask if there's a way to go back to horde at some point if I pay another 30 vote points (not refund but just changing back to horde for the same price) cuz the faction guide on this forum says that the process is not refundable, but by refundable they mean that I can't instantly change back to ally for free or something right? If I want to pay the 30 vote points again can I go back to horde at some point if I decide to?

you can change back and forth as many times as you want, as long as you've got the points/coins of course.
