LF DM west to finish warlock dreadsteed quest

I've been trying forever to finish the last part of my warlock dreadsteed quest ("Dreadsteed of Xoroth") and it seems like I am autistic as can't find anyone to help me run DM. Anyone able to help me out?

And I believe this can be solod at 70 as SL/SL with Curse of Exhaustion. Not sure if its possible here but on other servers it was.
