Items are gone and flaged for New name?

Hi,

I have not been playing blackrock for a long time. Now when i logged on all my characters are naked and i am flagged to change new name. I had both trangsmogs + gear.

Is there a way to fix this?

on 28th May 2016 all gear and pvp achievement have been resetted from all characters (for a fresh new start)

on 27th March 2017 there has been a clenup of names:
"Level 15 and above characters that have not been played since June 2015 will have their names removed."
