Resurrecting a dead post but can we get an official answer if we add 0.1 or 0.01 to the macro?

And so if your ranged attack speed changes in fight (rapid fire, bloodlust etc.) Do we still use this macro?

it looks like haste proccs (such as quick shots from the BM tree) would mess up the timing on this macro. can anyone please confirm or deny?
