Technical Can't reset my password.

Just as title says. On my other account (not this one) I can't reset my password. Whenever I press send new mail or whatever the button is called, nothing actually happens. I know the account name, but I've forgotten the password since I haven't played on it since summer or so ish. When I reset the password on this account it said something like "mail sent" or something like that, but when I do it on the other account, nothing happens.
