Burning Crusade Need help with gearing up and priorities (Holydin)

I hate to rant but as of right now, I need help. I'm having difficulty healing normal dungeons, and I'm sure it's the lack of trinkets (no idea where to get those and what to get), and I'm clueless on where I'm supposed to be questing. I hit level 70 recently and it's been frustrating just questing with the same awful green gear and having difficulties healing normal dungeons. I don't have flying either, and I have 305G as of now (I got some gear from the AH to make questing and dungeoning less painful).
