State of PvP

Hello, I am thinking of joining Lordaeron server and would like to ask what is the state of PvP atm?

I am most interested about 2v2/3v3 arenas. Is it popular?
Does queue pops constantly even with high mmr, like 2k+?
I checked armory, there is only one 2k+ 3v3 team atm, but I am thinking maybe there was a new season not so long ago?

Also battlegrounds, what is the average wait time for bg's at 80?

5. depends on the time of the day... average like 10-20 minutes... usually joins AV and it ends immediately because there is not enough players = good times
