PvP-situation on Lordaeron?

Im currently leveling a character, 48 atm.
My question is, how is the current PvP situation on Lordaeron?

Since the /who function does not work correctly its kindy hard to search for active bg's.
Are there any up on lvl 80? If so when during the day, EU time?

Arena 2vs2 running at all?

Wintergrasp, fight everytime it's on and does it switch faction holding it?
