Problem with collecting points.

Hi guys, i have problem with collecting points..

I have over 1000 archievement points, and i've donated over 100euro's so i should even get increased amount of points..
But when i try to collect it, it says 'You do not have any points to collect''

Can anyone help me with this?

Donations do not increase the amount of Points collected.

You need to have 1000 achievement points from unique achievement.
It means that if you have 2 characters with "level 80 achivement" only 1 of them will be count

Alright thanks I didnt know that.
Is there a way I can see the achievement points of 1 specific character ?
