Where are all the duelers?

I remember back in the day there were tons of pvpers outside cities dueling it up. that aspect seems pretty dead on this server. Is there any reason why?

A majority of players, it seems, are really just raiding.

I have noticed that too. I have never seen anyone duelling outside orgrimmar and stormwind. Im guessing most people are raiding and doing arenas/bgs. Lots of people duel on Icecrown but you can queue for bgs anywhere you want, unlike on here where you have to go to the bg/arena npcs.
