Hello , i'm sorry to disturb you but i'm dead , stuck , and still being attacked by mobs ... can someone contact a GM to help me get unstuck ? I already tried everything i could. I already logged in again and tried to unstuck myself with the tool but it didn't work ...

Unstuck with tool as in in-game one or on website? If you haven't tried this option on website then i recommend trying it.
