If you've played Icecrown server then you'd have your fair share of days where the global chat is filled with useless, space mongering long *** guild recruitments. To newbies, this might actually good is what you would think yet, the requirements of the said guild recruiters will always be end game GS (5k to 6k+). You'd see a few leveling guilds with no gs requirements but most of em dont talk to you when you join. They tell you "welcome" and then after that it feels like your still playing solo since no one usually responds to your chats in guild. The main problem is the fact that there are so many spammers for guild recruitments for endgame players that most of the important spams like LFG, WTS and raid calls are being drowned by these useless spams. I'd love it to happen that when they get reported for spam for 5 times they get a 1 week ban and next instances would be 3 weeks, 1 month and the such. So that they would no longer spam global chat. Naturally these people would still want to recruit but instead of in-game make a guild page here on the website so people can check the possible guilds out. Where guild leaders/officers can actually customize their own guild page and make it so that people would join them.

That is literally global chats purpose.
If you don't meet the expectation to join these guild they should be disbanded and all member banned, because they are useless and just take up the space! Right?

Each of our servers has a Guild Recruitment section on the Forums already.
