Burning Crusade Retri seal for PvE. What's better?

As a dps paladin, should I use Seal of Vengeance on bosses over Seal of Casino. Or SoC still the best on long fights?

Apply Seal of the Crusader with your Judgment, so you have the +holy damage debuff on the target. Then;
Alliance: Seal of Command
Horde: Seal of Blood

For Alliance, make sure you have as slow of a weapon speed as possible. 3.6 speed or higher is preferred. Not quite as important as Horde, but still a good idea.
