WotLK Bugged Priest Starter Quest

I am trying to finish a starter Priest quest called 'Garments of the Light'. I have to heal Guard Roberts with Lesser Heal Rank 2. I click on him, then I click Lesser Heal Rank 2 but I get healed instead of him! How do I heal him? I tried relogging and disabling all add-ons already.

Does this quest lead to another quest? I am wondering if I should just abandon it.

You are probably forgetting to buff him with Fortitude

The quest seem sto still be bugged. I have the right spell / rank, but can't cast it on the Guard.

Same problem here, Guard Roberts cannot be targeted at all. How is it for you guys?

Hi, I cannot heal/fortify but I can target. NPC is a female when quest mentions its a male.
