Hello everyone,

The Guild <La Fine Equipe> is recruiting people to complete our 25 man roster to start progressing the T5 content on the <Outland> Server.

We are a guild which was originally founded by a bunch of french friends, who farmed the content on retail.
While filling up their first raids they encouraged non-french people they enjoyed playing with to join their lines.
I (Bakkachi) myself am a german, which was picked up by this group of Baguettes.

During our Raids we ONLY speak english, so everybody can understand and follow the course of action.
We wish to continue raiding in the relaxed fashion we've built up and make the raiding experience great for everyone joining our team. Our Raidleaders are not tyrannic and we respect everyone and never punish somebody for having a real life or making a mistake. If we have PUGs in our Raids, the loot these people can use is always /roll but we started a "LootCouncil" for
Gear that can only be used by GuildMembers, rewarding those who try their best and need an improvement, while focusing on our Tanks to get geared up.

At the moment we have the full T4 content on farm and want to bring war to the Serpentshrine Cavern (SSC) with the upcoming reset (27/9/2017).

Our raid schedule:

Thursday: 19:00 server time Gruul + Magtheridon (farm)
Sunday: 19:00 server time SSC (progress)
Tuesday: 19:00 server time Karazhan (farm) for those who still need it or need their access, then SSC

The classes we are eagerly looking for:

Tank: Protection Warrior (with the possibilty to get a Main Tank spot quickly). Bear tank is considered, full on palatank.

Healer: Restoration Druid, if possible with a decently geared offspec. 1 rsham.

DPS: Any Ranged DPS class will be taken into consideration. We have 1 immediately available spot for 1 of each: Mage, Lock, Elem, Boomkin, Spriest.
Every Melee DPS class with a good offspecc in Tanking/Healing will be taken into consideration.


What you should bring:

You should at least have one piece of T4 gear, with mostly epic items, so you are actually able to support us in our progress and we don't need to gear you up from scratch.
You should know your class and the things your capable of with your character because skill is also important for high level PvE. However, we think personnality is more important than anything else and we will always prefer a player who is friendly and talkative, with a desire to help the other members, even is he is slightly undergeared.
Having fun and laughing is good and important but there will some serious times during raid, especially during progression and critical encounters, because wiping 10 times because of missed kicks and standing in the fire is not fun anymore.
