Burning Crusade Hit Rating for PvP and PvE

PvP: 5% (= 79) hit rating. So 5/5 Precision or gear for it.
PvE: depends on your spec. As Mutilate Hit won't be your best stat but you need at least 64 Hit Rating + Precision to be capped for special attacks on raid bosses. For Combat Hit is the best stat so stack Hit, Hit and more Hit, just be sure not to pass 363 Hit Rating because that's the white hit cap.
