EPGP loot master for TBC

Someone was asking in global for the loot master addon of EPGP to work with TBC. EPGP itself worked, but the loot master portion was only from WotLK.

To make it work, I copied the portions of the WotLK EPGP addon that the lootmaster addon was calling, and renamed them. (This is what the epgpui.lua is in the loot master folder, that is the function that epgp lootmaster was calling) We tested the addon, and the only flaws we can find are:
GP in lootmaster window is off by 1.
EPGP itself is slow to update if loot master updates the EP or GP values, but if you tell it to update the values it will update the correct values
/lm config does not work, but you can view it under the interface menu.

Porting the 1.12 version to tbc should pretty much work right off the bat.
Just edit the .toc file to 2.4.3

EGPG itself works, however the lootmaster addon is the part that did not support TBC. EPGP has versions for TBC and vanilla. This is the addon I made work for TBC https://wow.curseforge.com/projects/epgp_lootmaster not EPGP itself as it already works.
