Can't login to old account.

I'm currently using a fresh new account just to post this.

I actually have an older account to Warmane that I can't remember the password (or even the account name to be honest.) and I've tried going through the steps to recover the information, however the recaptcha doesn't load into the page no matter what browser I use, and because of that I can't recover my account information.

Going through the process on the website currently only gives me a blank white page with:

at the top.

I'm also not sure what the best way to try and do this is other than making a post here, since the support tickets only have ban appeals as a category.
Any help is appreciated.

you need to contact [email protected]. they will allow you to recover that account if you can still access to the original email
