[ANSWERED] "You do not have any points to collect"

Hey.

Lately i figured i can get points on the web from clicking the "Collect points" button once a day.

But it seems to not work for me. I have more than 1,000 achievement points on my character and yet it won't give me any points.

I asked my guild members and they told me i should open a ticket to see why.

So is there a reason i don't get the points or something?

You have 910 achievement points.
Some achievements are combined into a single one (like level one), but do not come with the accumulated points from the lower level achievements.
Having the same achievement on 2 different characters also only counts as one.
