Character isues

Hello i have a problem where i canot use any actions, skils, mounts, professions, almost ewrything except : I can Run use autoatacks and chat all other things are unable to use and i get restricted fly zone permantly in dalaran + i cheked on other characters i have in same account on them ewrything works but on this one Nothing works. tried /reload ui nothing happined restarts shutdowns wow redownloads nothing helps . Any tips what to do ? i dont want to delte cahracter and create new one in that one i have putted lots of time :/
