Points for pvp weapons

I have a question about buying pvp weapons such as this: http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=45950 for warmane points. I know the weapons require a 2s ranking on the server if you were to buy it with honor, is this the case for warmane points or what?

no, you do NOT need any specific rating to use/equip weapon you get via Store
