    [ANSWERED]Open Support Ticket - Awaiting Response from Staff

    Looking for some help to a support ticket I have open. Waited 48 hours for the first response - have now been waiting over 48 hours for another response. My response was a quick yes or no answer. Is there an expected wait time for support tickets?

    Opening a thread here won't do any good. You must be patient and wait for an answer. There is no ETA but it should be in reasonable time frame.
