Hide shoulders via transmog

On retail, in addition to hiding helmets or cloaks, players can also hide their shoulder pieces.

This could be implemented via transmog, in two ways:

1. Make a separate scroll that hides the model of a shoulder slot item, when applied to it
2. Make separate armor items, one for each armor class, which have no model and can be used with existing Scrolls of Deception

Any of these proposed items could be obtainable through the marketplace.
