Bug from old 3.3.5b - Balance pvp set bonus

You guys removed 3.3.5b custom patch but you have forgotten to adjust Balance pvp set bonus. It still benefict from 3.3.5b custom change.

From 3.3.5b custom patch:
"Wyrmhide 4 piece bonus now reads: Your damage-over-time ticks and wrath casts have a chance to reduce the cast time on your next starfire by 1.5 seconds."

It still work like that on Blackrock, even tho we are on standard 3.3.5a now
