Pet talent points bugged? not gaining any..

I recently tamed a new pet due my old had no bite/claw or anything so i decided to get a new one and stumbled upon a cyotee in westfall with bite ability so i tamed him he went instantly to level 57 since i was 62, im 63 now same as my pet and he's still stuck on -4 talent points.. i have no idea whats going on since im a BM hunter it's pretty crucial..

You need to feed pets to increase their mood, as longer pet is happy - more loyalty you will get from him. As higher your pets loyalty level - more training points you will get . 70 lvl pet with 6 level of loyalty can have only 350 training points max.
