I just wanna know why i can't see Quartermaster Ozorg inside of Ebon Hold in Eastern Plaguelands. I'm a DK and i want to buy DK equips from him for transmog.

You need to complete a quest chain for him to be visible. Look for Thassarian/Koltira flying around Icrecrown Glacier.

I'm talking about Quartermaster Ozorg of Ebon Hold (DK class starting point) in Eastern Kingdoms, not Quartermaster of Ebon Blade in Northrend.

in any case, the flavor of the quartermaster that sells the dk starting gear wasn't a thing until like mid cata when they added transmog
