Bugged for writing ticket and collecting points.

Hello. Well lets start with first problem. I can't write ticket , i don't know why . It says Invalid ticket type selected. You will see in pic:

Another problem is that i can't collect points on site and again i don't know why. I logged in game and logged out then clicked on collect points,but i don't receive any points.
Even i'm online and again click on collect points , but it says You dont have any points to collect. Please help me. Again i will show you pic:

you need to have at least 1000 achievement point on your account to be able to collect Points.
Having the same achievement on 2 different characters also only counts as one.

About your ticket problem, you need to select a category. You did not select any category on that ticket ( and as a not Donor you can only open ticket for ban appeal anyway)
