Hey does the Icecrown server for WOTLK have a working event for the Headless Horseman for Halloween?

It worked well last year.

for Lordaeron peoples: since brewfest had mounts added to the loot table (its what I heard, not sure tbh, I skipped event), expect Horseman's Reins to be added to loot table aswell :DDDDD

From what i've noticed with Warmane in the past is they always seem about a day off with starting the events. Could just be me not looking for it until a day afterwards as well.

Warmane have their own calendar when releasing these seasonal event. In game calendar is merely for reference to tell you that certain event is going to to occur in what month and what week.
