    Best spec for dueling

    Hello fellow shamans, I was wondering what would be the best spec for duels and world pvp. Consider the best option for a noob and the best option for a skilled player, and equal gear. I've been tasked to lead PvP guild missions in several zones to protect low levels against level 80s from the Enemy faction so I really need the best spec to deal with 1v1 encounters.
