Faction change from Alliance to Horde

Hello. Many people told me in-game that their friends transfered to Horde,for coins. Many people told me that that is available. But,when i try to do that by Warmine site/Services/Faction change,it says that it s not possible,only from Horde to Alliance is possible. So how did other pleayers trasfered from alliance to Horde??

You can't transfer from alliance to horde here on Outland.
