It's up and running,my concern was the usual deley/early start of events.

And my question: Horseman can be drop the mount or not coz i have 6 kills with 1 finger drop only and no other loots

The mount is obtained from the daily pumpkin,if you're lucky.

I play on lordaeron where we cant get the dungeon finder rewards.

far as i know mount drops from the pumpkin.. that u loot only 1x per day.. and drop chance is something like 0.5%.

The pumpkin was introduced along with the dungeon finder.Before RDF event mounts dropped from bosses/was purchasable for tokens(brewfest).

Last year on Lordareon, Horseman used to drop loot filled pumpkin for all members of group along with single drop...
