Donation banned.

I'm writing this because my grandma and I started this account as we wanted to play WoW again. However , she decides to donate to it and have family members do so as well. Well, we are now banned from donating any more. Well, blocked, not banned. My grandma and family members are uncomfortable sending their credit card information and other personal information to Paymentwall, how can we fix this ? She read reviews about paymentwall which has blocked me from donating here and there are some really bad reviews so she refuses to do so. However , will my Warmane account be permanently banned if it's not sorted or my premium status removed ? Please get back to me, I sent an email to you guys and submitted a ticket but I got no response .
