what u mean exactly? restore items from coin shop? if so u can make a ticket u have 2 or 7 days to do so, if u talking about chars u can also restore them if u deleted on services on ur account. if u talking about backup that u do on ur account. its just if server crash we have a backup to restore the account

The WEBS system is for catastrophic failure, giving players the ability to backup and store their entire accounts content locally.
We will never allow manual restoring of these backups, due to introducing "duplicates" of everything into the game effectively.
We have used WEBS from players on multiple occasions to restore their data after they have been "compromised", verifying they really have been and using them as a last resort without delving into massive backups for one or multiple characters data.
In the event the following happens, WEBS will be used:
- Our db blows up
- Our backups somehow blow up
- Our cold storage blows up
- Our milestone backups blow up
