I downloaded the MOP client but it won't start up?

I downloaded the MOP client a couple weeks ago because I wanted to play on the MOP server. I double clicked the WoW.exe but it just won't open up. I let it sit for a couple weeks and retried it but the same thing ended up happening. When I open up task manager I can see the WoW that I opened is there but it's not actually open.
Is there something i'm missing? IMO i should probably reinstall the client.

Have you tried right click the Mists of pandaria 5.4.8 folder and go properties and uncheck the read only option?
