Technical IP Ban

Please help me with my account. I have not been on this account for at least a year. For some reason I have been banned due to advertising. The IP address shown is not mine. I have changed my password however I still have a ban.

Let me know if you can recover my account.

if you use a vpn, don't. a lot of them are banned for advertising. try opening a ban appeal ticket, if you can't than send an email to [email protected]
