Portal to dalaran, without being a mage?

Hello, as silly as this might seem, but I was begging for a portal to dalaran ( the usual ), and a priest invited me to a group. Afterwards, he just casted portal to dalaran, I was astonished. The question is : is there any item, or something you get that gives you this ability ?

Yea, there is an item obtained from the Sm quest called Jaina's locket - http://www.wowhead.com/item=52251/jainas-locket

It opens a portal to Dalaran, with a 1hour cd.
