[ANSWERED] Faction change not working.

Greetings.

I have just tried to apply a faction change at Outland (Horde side to Alliance side)

However it's not working, I just get a error message "Select a character of the opposing faction to continue." Yet i can't select any characters from the drop down menu, but still I've got to accept the terms "I understand that I am purchasing Faction Change for (Character Name) on Outland."

I am aware of that most likely It's me over seeing something horribly obvious, but figured that I'd give this forum a go.
