So do please explain the logic behind releasing the SSC trash loot to the public to buy for coins when you cant even loot it in the raids? The drop-rates are not working as intended. My guild has run SSC for more then 3 months now without any trashloot dropping at all.
When you explained to the public why DST was not released on the store you said not enough people looted it yet, but here you are releasing trash loot that is imposseble to obtain the normal way. How is that?
Please fix the trash-loot drops in SSC and TK.

We've been ripped off, they've known about the drop rate issues in SSC and TK for months. There has been bug reports submitted, even discussed about it with Mercy on the forum. They've refused to fix the drop rates, the same issue is in kara - lucky to see 1 epic per run. It's just a poor way to treat their customers.

Simple really. They lowered / removed items drol chamce for specific bosses and instances, and put them up on the shop for you to buy.
Makes sense. Shady, but makes sense.
P.s. how many players have recieved DST, to show that the playerbase has recieved more drops from Grull to determine it should be on the shop
Also, where are the restrictions for buying DST? Isn't there supposed to be some?

The drop rate was lowered due to player suggestions and concerns that it was too high. We had the same with Mount Hyjal however this time we went ahead and did research independently.
Therefore, those drop rates will be corrected (referring to SSC, Mount Hyjal is fine) on next restart.

It was a little too high, first week you could even get a drop per trash pack on epics while Vortexes were really scarce.... When you changed it you made it so that the trash could not drop epics at all, for anyone. Nobody seen a trash epic in T5 for 2 months, only the rare pattern and vortex drop.
Did you also do it in Hyjal? Last week we didn't get a single epic for a full clear, with some reclearing trash due to wipes included.Edited: October 24, 2017

You dont do a full Hyjal run without a single trash epiX drop
