Really want to play here

I really want to play here on Outland but it seems really hard for me to find a suitable guild to join. Most seem to be in tight knit guilds and don't do normals anymore :(

Is there any guild that's just starting out or is a casual one? Alliance or Horde does not matter.

Saw a guild recruiting people yesterday, to get ready to run karazhan on alliance side. But can't remember the name unfortunately, so might not be much help.
