I lost my hero

A long ago or more something happened to the warmun server. And my hero was removed.
All my friends get their heroes back.
Now I have an account with a memory of the items I had already bought.
I built a new hero but no longer has the power.
I hope there is a way to get it back.
I had the credibility of this server. I did not expect my Hero to be deleted. No one will answer.
Help me please. I do not know what to do

How long ago?
There was a ****-up withe the database and a ****storm so all characters were lost. You were eligible to get some 80s and coins if you returned within idk how long, like a couple of weeks, maybe a month.
Now, the refunds if we can call them that have ended and it's just gone.

the thing he mentioned wasnt within a year. that was like january 2015. otherwise not sure how your char "got lost".

You are a couple years too late to recover your character from the moltdown.
Though luck, you should have made use of the character recovery options when they were available.
Now it's too late i'm afraid.
