Picking a faction

New player here wondering what faction to choose? I'll be doing a healthy mix of both pve and pvp. Also, are Shadow priests worth making?

Shadowpriest are good in tbc, but warlock are better.

In term of OP its this:

Melee:- Rogue (Sub)
Caster:-Warlock (SL/SL)

If your going horde roll undead for Spriest,warlock or Rogue.Spriest get Devoring plague dot that do huge damage, its the best pvp race for spriest.
