Is Axe and Fist spec of orc racial useful for rogues?

Im on Lordorean and i started playing an orc rogue

Of course it is. The BiS Combat weapons are axes. The fist racial also comes in handy early on when you'll be using the seven-fingered claw and unsharpened ice-razor from Frozen Halls trash drop and will thus be specced in CQC instead of sword/axe spec.
