Ally has Stormborn, a excellent guild. I dont know enough about pve to recommend any other guilds but i heard theres a few more guilds that raid.

Since timeless boss loot have been fixed, just go timeless and camp, get timeless items and burdens, join everyday for timeless boss run and que bgs, dont worry about these ppl blaming you, in 1 week you could reach like 540 iLvL easily.
